Rent Payment

Rent is due on the 1st of each month during the lease period. First month’s rent is due at the time you pick up your keys. Rent that is not paid by the 5th of each month is subject to applicable late fees. All returned checks are subject to additional fines and late fees.

We accept Cash, Personal Check, and Cashiers Check. We do not accept Credit Cards. Please include your name, building address, and apartment number on your check or money order.

Automated Rent Payments

As we do not accept credit cards, a convenient way to pay rent is through automated bill payments. Most large banks (Chase, Bank of America, US Bank, etc.) have the option to set up monthly recurring checking payments that are sent to our office.
